This afternoon I attended a Lowcountry Cooking class at Charleston Cooks! It was so fun!! I learned some great new (well, new to me) cooking/knife techniques! The cooking demonstration included: Crispy Chicken with Pan Gravy Blueberry Lime Parfaits The food was served with a Charleston Cooks private label Chardonnay and Merlot. Of course, I had to buy a whole bunch of stuff in the store because I got a 10% discount!!! Now I’ve got to ship cooking stuff home along with my books! I'm addicted! Make the whole world a library!
